Basak Helvaci-Ozacar (she/her)
Basak is a third-year Educational Research-Learning Sciences Ph.D. student. She completed her BS and MSc in Turkey in science education. Basak taught science in elementary grades, and she worked as a research associate for a research center focusing on STEM teacher professional development in Turkey. Her research interests include computational thinking, heterogeneity, hybrid spaces for teacher education. Her dissertation work focuses on transdisciplinary teacher professional development.
