Walif was born in Ethiopia and then moved to Kenya before coming to Canada last year. He is in the eleventh grade at Forest Lawn High School. He is interested in playing soccer, capturing photographs and videos as well as audio recording and making music. His activities and hobbies help him connect with people and develop friendships. He is exploring different skills with everyone at YARI-Collective and wishes to be a professional videographer in the future.
